Bradley is a relationship-driven coach with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning pastoral ministry, technology systems administration, and direct sales. As a pastor at Lifeline Community Church for the past 15 years, he has led teams, developed individuals, and guided organizations through growth and change—skills that translate directly into helping business leaders build stronger, healthier cultures.

Bradley's background includes more than six consecutive years as a top-performing leader with a direct sales company, where he built and sustained a base of over 100 active customers through consistent, relationship-first sales practices. He has administered enterprise platforms for multi-site organizations, led board-level strategic planning, and developed leaders across three ministry organizations in New York and Utah. His approach combines big-picture vision with hands-on systems thinking, helping clients move from uncertainty to clarity.

He holds a BA from Davis College and an MA from Liberty University Seminary, and continues to invest in his own professional growth. He is also a gifted musician, counselor and communicator.

Bradley lives in Utah with his wife, Rachel, his partner in both ministry and business for over 30 years. Together, they know firsthand what it takes to build a meaningful organization and help others do the same.
