Bryan Ehni

A force of nature, Bryan Ehni is an accomplished leader in multiple industries and disciplinaries. Bryan began his leadership journey in 2004 when he co-founded Operation Hometown Gratitude, a non-profit based out of Rochester, MN dedicated to supporting our local active-duty military troops deployed overseas with common goods we take for granted. In 2008, Bryan completed his Degree in Law Enforcement and later that year joined the U.S. Army where he successfully completed Airborne School and attended the 75th Ranger Regiment's "Ranger Indoctrination Program" (RIP), was selected and assigned to the 2nd Ranger Battalion. Bryan served as an Army Ranger in the Special Operations community from 2008 to 2012. Following his second deployment, Bryan was diagnosed with stage four Burkitt’s Lymphoma which hospitalized him for six months at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital. Bryan’s prognosis was grim but he beat the cancer and has been in remission for over a decade. Bryan was honorably discharged in 2012 when he and his wife, Chelse, miraculously welcomed their first child, Selah despite being told he would be unable to have children due to the intensive chemotherapy.

Following his honorable military discharge, Bryan founded Ehni Enterprises, a Security firm located in Rochester, MN where he led a team of over 30 highly skilled security professionals. In 2018, Ehni Enterprises was selected as one of three independent security companies for the 2018 Minneapolis Superbowl while simultaneously completing his MBA. Bryan continues to operate Ehni Enterprises as a Security consulting firm and serves the local non-profit community by providing pro-bono security program consulting services in addition to consulting services for businesses.
