Dana is the COO of Elite Performance Associates. He has over 20+ years in management and operations across a broad range of industries including Medical, Food Service, Engineering, and Technology. Additionally, he has owned and operated his own franchise businesses in the restaurant and coffee industries in Prescott, Arizona where he has become a respected leader in the community.

After obtaining his MBA in Technology Management he focused on working with small, startup companies ultimately leading him to venture out on his own. Dana has learned first-hand how to successfully operate a business from the ground level while learning the nuances of growing employees into great leaders.

Dana’s grassroots experience drives his deep passion and clarity for coaching and consulting businesses nationwide. Dana specializes in the process of helping others find their direction, accomplish proper execution, and grow in scale.
