Executive Assistant

Melanie has been with Elite Performance Associates since 2018. In her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO, she supports Dave with his administrative needs. Melanie has helped to develop many systems and processes within EPA and is passionate about creating a positive client experience. With over 10 years of project management experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, Melanie enjoys using her unique skill set to oversee a variety of projects.

Prior to her work with EPA, Melanie worked in meeting and event management, overseeing events ranging from 300-10,000+ attendees. She handles high-volume and high-pressure situations with professionalism and dedication while ensuring that goal deadlines and milestones are met and client satisfaction is exceeded.

Melanie enjoys wearing many hats and learning from her teammates and clients. Melanie holds a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University. She holds professional designations including Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1), and has completed the Google Project Management Certificate program. Melanie resides in San Diego and is a proud wife and mother of three beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys HIIT workouts, going to the beach, watching movies, spending time with her family and drinking lots and lots of coffee.
