Scott Gibson
Business Consultant and Coach
A native Arizonan Scott Gibson welcomes 2024 as his 32nd year in the Arizona Real Estate market focusing on Single & Multifamily sales and investment management. His focus has consistently been in the Tucson & Phoenix Metro Markets.
As the Production Lead for The Laughton Team he is responsible for the Agent Journey and helping Laughton's 200+ agents build their business. The Laughton Team closed over $1 Billion each year starting in 2018 and is an industry leader in operational excellence. For several years he was directly responsible for the day to day operations for over 2,200 Multi-family units in Metro Phoenix.
In 2001 he left Multi-family investments to focus on single family homes and small apartment communities. He has personally transacted over 285 million in Arizona Real Estate. In 2010 Scott with George Laughton purchased a ReMax, and continually operated the firm until selling it in December of 2013.
In 2009 & 2010 The Wall Street Journal ranked him the #8 & #5 agent Nationwide in transaction volume. His observations and thoughts on the foreclosure crisis were often quoted and published in National publications. He presented his thoughts and solutions on the foreclosure crisis to James Carville, Special Assistant to President Barack Obama and provided live commentary on NPR for the launch of the HAARP Program.
Since selling his ReMax Franchise Scott has consulted and contracted with several investment groups, hedge funds and parties interested in many South West markets. Most recently he enjoys sharing his experience as a Business Coach for Tom Ferry, currently coaching 50+ Realtors in 43 different US markets.
Since 2003 Scott has enjoyed teaching and speaking publicly about the advantages of Real Estate Investing & Management. Scott is an Arizona native and is very active in the local Arts and Entertainment community. Personally, Scott enjoys trail running, and on his 39th birthday reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro (19,341 ft). With the divestiture of the franchise, Scott has found his primary drive in helping others “understand their value”.
